Top-tier international firm seeks an associate to join a national healthcare and life sciences regulatory team. The team advises healthcare companies, life sciences businesses, digital health and technology providers, investors and other stakeholders on regulatory counseling, fraud and abuse compliance, reimbursement and government pricing, data privacy and security, and licensure and quality matters.

The role combines regulatory counseling and transactional work: the successful candidate will support reimbursement strategy and compliance matters and handle diligence, deal documentation and negotiation on M&A, private equity and emerging-company transactions. The group regularly coordinates with corporate teams on regulatory risk assessment in transactions.

Ideal candidates will be practical, client-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary practice advising before federal and state regulators and in enforcement contexts.

Minimum of 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience
Experience with reimbursement matters (coverage, coding, payment and government pricing)
Transactional due diligence and deal documentation experience (M&A, private equity, emerging companies)
Experience with fraud & abuse counseling and compliance preferred; excellent analytical and writing skills
