Join a specialist ESG hub in Melbourne advising across climate and sustainability matters, including disclosures, governance, strategy, carbon projects and biodiversity. You will be part of a growing, high-performing team working collaboratively with other practice groups and across jurisdictions.

The role involves advising on mandatory and voluntary climate-related disclosures and greenwashing risk, nature and biodiversity conservation and disclosures, carbon farming and net-zero strategy, and ESG-related contractual and compliance matters. You will also support clients responding to regulatory inquiries and litigation risk linked to ESG issues.

The position is permanent and offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements. The team provides structured learning, development and international secondment opportunities through an established global alliance.

Practical ESG and climate change experience (private practice or in-house)
Strong technical knowledge of climate disclosures, sustainability governance and greenwashing risk
Good matter management skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to contribute to business development (pitches, articles, events) and to build an external profile
