Join a national Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) team, working across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and collaborating with lawyers across the firm’s Australian offices. You will work on high‑profile commercial, regulatory and transactional matters for clients across technology, infrastructure, media, healthcare and financial services.

Work will span telecommunications and data centre projects, data & AI governance and commercialisation, cyber incident response and regulatory engagement, outsourcing and vendor arrangements, corporate carve‑outs and systems integrations, digital transformation and start‑up/scale‑up transactions.

Experience in a TMT team at a top‑tier law firm, with a focus on transactional/regulatory TMT work.
Practical knowledge of Australian privacy, data protection and cyber regulatory frameworks.
Experience drafting and negotiating IT, telecommunications and technology services contracts.
Ability to contribute independently on smaller matters and to support larger, multi‑disciplinary transactions; strong client‑facing and mentoring aptitude.
