Join a national TMT team as a Senior Associate or Associate specialising in cyber, data privacy and AI. The role is open to candidates based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne and is part of a Band 1-ranked technology practice advising across industry sectors.

You will advise on cyber preparedness and incident response, complex data and privacy matters (advisory and transactional), AI governance and rollout, and regulatory investigations and enforcement. The role involves working collaboratively across practices to support executive teams and boards on emerging digital risks and technologies.

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available.

Experience advising on cyber preparedness, incident response, and complex data/privacy matters, including regulatory investigations.
Exposure to AI governance or AI-related transactions desirable; candidates with international experience welcome.
Strong technical knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to translate complex legal/technical issues into practical advice.
Proven ability to manage large matters and multiple projects, lead teams, and contribute to business development.
