Work will span executive deferral and equity arrangements, transactional issues in M&A and IPOs, governance and securities disclosure considerations, and coordination with tax and employee benefits specialists. The team regularly handles complex regulatory and compliance questions arising in major corporate transactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of associate experience in a law firm corporate practice
- Substantive experience on executive compensation matters (beyond solely ERISA/employee benefits or employment)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; transactional experience (M&A, IPOs) preferred
- Familiarity with compensation-related regulatory and disclosure issues
- J.D. and active or eligible bar admission
