Top-tier finance team in Houston is seeking an associate from law school class years 2020–2023 to work on complex debt and leveraged finance matters. The role will involve representation on acquisition and corporate financing transactions across private equity-backed and energy-sector deals.

Strong candidates will have prior debt finance experience from a peer firm; experience on private equity acquisition financings and on oil & gas-related transactions is a clear advantage. Borrower-side experience is welcome.
