Apply in confidence →Growing energy and infrastructure practice seeks a transactional associate to join its US team. The role supports renewable and energy-transition financings, development work, and M&A across project sponsors, developers, investors and lenders.
Team members will work on U.S. project finance and tax equity transactions and negotiate commercial project agreements (for example, PPAs, EPC and O&M agreements). The position is open to candidates for multiple U.S. offices; applicants should indicate their office preference.
- 3+ years' post-qualification experience in project finance, tax equity or energy project development at a law firm
- Demonstrable experience on renewable energy and power-sector financings and transactional work
- Experience negotiating project documents such as PPA, EPC and O&M agreements
- Strong analytical, drafting and client-facing skills; proven ability to manage complex transactions as part of a team
- Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction for the chosen office
