Join a market-leading Banking & Private Credit team in Houston advising lenders, sponsors, borrowers and direct lenders across syndicated and private credit transactions. The group handles leveraged and acquisition financings, unitranche and mezzanine facilities, asset-based and first/second lien loans, and complex multi-tiered capital structures.

The role is suited to associates with experience across general finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and/or private credit who want to work on sophisticated, high-value financings in a collaborative, high-growth practice. Energy and infrastructure experience is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years' transactional finance experience (general finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance and/or private credit)
Experience on syndicated lending and/or private credit transactions (unitranche, mezzanine, ABL, first/second‑lien)
Comfort drafting and negotiating financing documentation and working cross‑functionally on complex capital structures
Ability to work effectively in a collegial, team-oriented environment; energy & infrastructure experience preferred
