We have an opportunity for one or more attorneys to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice. The role is available across multiple U.S. offices and offers the chance to work closely with clients in the infrastructure sector in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The position focuses on infrastructure-focused projects work, including public-private partnerships (PPPs), concessions, project financing and drop-down transactions. The team represents equity sponsors, financing parties and other private sector participants in the PPP space. Experience with core infrastructure assets and greenfield projects is essential.

3 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, PPPs, concessions, project financing and drop-down transactions.
Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties and/or other private sector participants in the PPP space is required.
Greenfield infrastructure experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with core infrastructure assets, such as toll roads, airports, bridges and tunnels, vertical infrastructure, water and wastewater, digital, energy transition and data centers, is a must.
Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
