Business Finance Associate — Finance & Lending — Houston

A full-time, partnership-track associate position is available in the Business Finance group of a leading law firm, based in Houston. The role offers the opportunity to advise clients on a broad range of finance transactions.

Work will span energy financings, oil and gas financings, cash flow financings, asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, and sponsor-led financings. The successful candidate will provide guidance and practical advice to clients across these matters as part of a collaborative team.

The group is seeking an attorney with 2–5 years of finance experience (class of 2021 to 2024) who combines a strong academic record with exceptional analytical and writing skills and a genuine team-oriented approach.
