Associate — Finance (New York)

Mid-level finance associate role in a major international law firm’s New York office. The team handles private credit, syndicated debt and acquisition finance matters across borrower and lender-side work.

Work will include private equity acquisition finance, leveraged finance and special situations or liability management matters. The role suits candidates who have handled both borrower and lender representations and want to develop in a market-leading finance practice.

• Experience in private credit and syndicated debt finance (leveraged finance experience preferred)
• Exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management or special situations finance
• Comfort representing borrowers and/or lenders
• Class years 2017–2022 (or equivalent post-qualification experience)
