Associate, Global Disputes (Litigation) — Melbourne

Join a large, integrated global disputes team based in Melbourne handling high-value commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and complex cross-border matters. The role offers exposure to major Australian and international disputes, class actions, regulatory enforcement and sensitive internal investigations.

The team works closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions and disciplines, delivering strategic, high-end contentious work for institutional and corporate clients. This position is suited to a pragmatic, collaborative litigator who wants substantive courtroom and investigatory experience on significant matters.

• 2–6 years' post-qualified litigation experience
• Strong background in commercial litigation and/or regulatory investigations and enforcement
• Excellent academic record
• Confident communicator with a pragmatic, team-focused approach
