The role focuses on bid protests and government-contracts disputes, with substantial exposure to GAO protests and Court of Federal Claims litigation.
The team handles complex matters for government contractors and grant recipients; the role emphasizes strong legal research and writing, managing litigation workflows, drafting briefs, and contributing across all phases of protest and claims litigation.

- 3–5 years post-JD litigation experience, with meaningful participation in GAO bid protests and/or Court of Federal Claims matters
- Excellent legal research and writing skills; demonstrated experience drafting briefs and analyzing administrative records
- Strong academic record; federal judicial clerkship (particularly at the Court of Federal Claims) is a plus
- Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented; membership in the Washington, DC bar required
