The group handles clinical negligence, historic abuse claims and regulatory/disciplinary matters for insurers, indemnifiers and healthcare professionals.

The role is for an Associate (NQ–5 years PQE) to manage a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims. The position offers the chance to work on developing areas of law within a collaborative, supportive team; the role can be based across the firm's Scottish offices and involves regular client communication.

Qualified solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE)
Litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred
Experience or interest in clinical negligence and historic abuse claims advantageous
Strong written and oral communication skills and client-facing ability
Able to manage a varied caseload, meet SLAs and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
