Qualified solicitor/advocate in Scotland (or equivalent) with significant healthcare law experience
Proven track record on regulatory, compliance or healthcare-related contentious matters
Excellent drafting, risk assessment and client-facing skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex matters to conclusion
