Join a busy Major Injury & Casualty team handling a varied caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and serious personal injury matters. The role offers early exposure to complex, high-value litigation and the chance to develop technical and case-management skills.

The team operates a hybrid working model and this role can be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will work in a collaborative environment with structured training, clear progression pathways and a competitive benefits package.

Day-to-day responsibilities include progressing cases efficiently, managing client relationships, drafting and responding to pleadings, and supporting senior lawyers on larger, complex files.

Scottish legal qualification and eligibility to practise in Scotland
At least 6 months' experience managing own caseload of pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court Employers' Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury claims
Insurance litigation experience (defence-side experience preferred)
Strong technical litigation skills, good drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage a caseload
