Join a high-performing Major Injury & Casualty team handling a varied, litigation-focused caseload across personal injury, employers' liability (EL) and public liability (PL). The team handles complex, high-value matters and offers a supportive, collaborative environment with hybrid working.

This is a Scotland-based role that can be worked from Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will manage and progress your own litigated files in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session, develop technical and commercial expertise, and support more junior fee-earners.

2+ years' post-qualification experience handling pre-litigated and Sheriff Court personal injury and EL/PL claims (NQs with relevant experience considered)
Scottish legal qualification and demonstrable experience of Scottish litigation practice
Insurance litigation and experience of managing Employers Liability, Public Liability and catastrophic loss claims
Strong legal research, drafting, advocacy/pleading and negotiation skills; ability to mentor junior team members
