Join a nationally recognised Major Injury & Casualty team advising on defendant-side insurance matters. The role sits within a busy casualty practice handling Employers' Liability, Public Liability and disease-related personal injury work across Scotland.

This is a hybrid position requiring regular attendance at the Glasgow or Edinburgh office. You will manage your own caseload, support senior lawyers on higher-value matters and work to court deadlines while delivering high standards of client service.

Scottish-qualified Solicitor or Associate (NQ considered with relevant experience)
Experience handling or supporting litigated defendant casualty matters — ideally Disease and/or EL/PL
Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload, prioritise to strict deadlines and meet court obligations
Experience reviewing medical records, conducting liability investigations and instructing experts
Strong drafting and advocacy skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office and case-management systems
