Join a Band 1 Disputes & Regulatory team in Edinburgh as a Newly Qualified solicitor. This is an opportunity to work on high-quality contentious work across a varied client base within a supportive, collegial practice.

You will handle a broad range of matters including commercial litigation, professional negligence, product liability, public law and public procurement, and gain exposure to litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. The role offers structured training, mentoring and regular client-facing responsibility.

Ideal for a motivated NQ with trainee experience in dispute resolution or litigation who wants to build a strong foundation in disputes law and develop practical litigation skills within a high-performing team.

Qualified solicitor (Newly Qualified)
Trainee seat(s) or equivalent experience in dispute resolution/litigation
Interest or experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and product liability
Strong drafting, advocacy support and case-management skills
Team-player with good communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
