Join a busy, specialist immigration team advising corporate and high-net-worth private clients across a range of sectors including finance, technology, media and life sciences. The team handles day-to-day immigration casework as well as complex and strategic matters, and provides integrated cross-practice advice with tax, wealth, real estate and employment colleagues.

Work will include UK work-visa applications (Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Global Talent, Innovator/Founder, Scale-up and other routes), sponsor licensing and Home Office compliance, settlement and citizenship applications, asylum and human-rights matters, and transatlantic (UK/US) immigration issues. The role involves client-facing advisory work and case management for discerning international clients.

1-3 years' post-qualification experience in immigration law
Experience with work-based routes, sponsor licensing and Home Office compliance
Exposure to HNW client work and complex discretionary applications desirable
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and case-management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams; able to liaise with senior stakeholders
Comfortable using technology and experience applying AI tools in practice
