Associate - Insurance Litigation, Belfast

We are seeking an associate (2-5 years PQE) to join a defence insurance litigation team in the Belfast office. The team handles a broad caseload including motor, disease, employers' liability and public liability claims.

The role features client-facing work for insurers and self-insured commercial clients, regular court attendance and responsibility for case management, investigations and drafting legal documents. The team is collaborative, offers hybrid working (two days in office) and supports learning and development.

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2-5 years' PQE.
• Experience in personal injury litigation; defence insurance experience advantageous.
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload, conducting investigations, taking witness statements and reviewing medical records.
• Regular court attendance and strong file management, client-service and communication skills.
