Associate, Insurance - Belfast

A defendant-side insurance litigation associate role based in Belfast, joining a team that handles motor, employers' liability, public liability, industrial disease and product liability matters for domestic and international insurers.

The team also covers related areas including clinical and professional negligence, marine and catastrophic liability, reinsurance and regulatory work. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to a high-volume caseload together with higher-value matters managed alongside senior lawyers.

• Northern Ireland-qualified solicitor with approximately 1-3 years' post-qualification experience
• Experience in defendant personal injury work (motor, EL/PL, industrial disease) and product liability preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting and technical skills; excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise work
