Apply in confidence →Join a national construction team as a senior associate handling a broad mix of predominantly contentious construction and engineering matters, with opportunities to support non-contentious projects. The role offers exposure to disputes work for contractors, developers, housebuilders, subcontractors and professional consultants on regional and cross-border projects.
The team advises on standard construction disputes and project work, including matters for public sector and commercial clients and projects involving process engineering and renewables. You will work closely with experienced construction partners, contribute to client workstreams and take part in business development activities.

- Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in construction law
- Substantial experience in contentious / disputes matters (preferably within construction)
- Strong understanding of core construction law principles and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client engagement ability and a commercial, business-development mindset
