Associate — Insurance Litigation, Sydney

Senior associate-level role in a busy insurance litigation team based in Sydney. The position offers broad exposure across financial lines, construction-related professional indemnity, trade credit and D&O matters, acting predominantly on the defendant/insurer side.

The role involves managing litigation from inception to resolution in state and federal courts, drafting advice and court documents, and collaborating with specialist teams across offices. Hybrid working pattern and development support are provided within a globally connected practice.

• 2–4 years PQE in insurance litigation or commercial disputes (private practice).
• Defendant-side insurance experience preferred (insurer defence and coverage work).
• Strong litigation and court skills; experience preparing pleadings and written advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organised and able to manage competing priorities.
