Top-tier New York litigation team is seeking associates with experience in intellectual property and technology disputes. The role focuses on contested patent, trademark and trade secret matters, with opportunities to handle both bench and jury trials and to appear in appellate proceedings.

Practitioners in the group advise on a mix of litigation and counseling matters, including enforcement and defense of IP rights, antitrust-adjacent issues, licensing disputes, and portfolio strategy. Successful candidates will join a team that communicates complex technical issues to judges and juries and works across trial and transactional matters.

Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience (law firm IP litigation preferred)
Experience with patent, trademark and/or trade secret disputes
Comfort with complex technical subject matter and explaining it to non-technical audiences
Prior trial or significant motion practice experience and appellate exposure desirable
Admission to the New York bar (or willingness to obtain admission)
