Seeking an experienced IP litigator to join a national litigation team handling patent disputes across federal courts and post‑grant proceedings. The role involves active casework from discovery through trial, direct client contact, and collaboration with technical and legal teams.

Typical matters include infringement and validity disputes, PTAB practice, claim construction, dispositive and discovery motions, depositions, and trial preparation. Candidates will participate in strategic case development and may lead discrete workstreams.

  • 2–6 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. District Court and before the PTAB (post‑grant proceedings)
  • Experience with fact and expert discovery, depositions, claim construction, and motion practice
  • Comfortable in court and taking depositions; prior trial experience preferred
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent technical background preferred
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills; experience in an IP practice at a law firm is desirable
