Apply in confidence →Top-tier US litigation team seeks a patent litigation associate to join a large, national IP practice. The group handles high-stakes patent disputes across district courts, the Federal Circuit, the PTAB and ITC and litigates a broad range of technologies.
The role involves drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, working on claim construction and expert preparation, and supporting trial-ready matters. Collaborative teams pair junior and senior lawyers to develop technical and courtroom experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' patent litigation experience (district court, PTAB, and/or ITC matters)
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related technical field preferred
- Strong litigation writing, briefing, and oral advocacy skills; experience with claim construction and expert workups
- Eligibility to practice in relevant US jurisdictions and ability to travel as needed
