International law firm seeks an Associate to join its Vienna IP, digital regulation and technology team. The role covers cross-border and advisory and contentious work on emerging tech issues, including AI, data and platform regulation, as well as traditional IP matters.

Typical matters include copyright and trademark issues, trade secrets, design protection, licensing and R&D agreements, consumer protection in digital contexts, and IP aspects of transactions. You will collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions on novel regulatory and commercial matters shaped by digitalisation.

Completed legal studies with strong academic results
Excellent English and German language skills
Strong interest in IP, AI, digital regulation and technology law
Practical experience or academic background (e.g. LL.M., dissertation, internships) in related areas is an advantage
Commercial awareness, collaborative mindset and willingness to work on cross‑border matters
