Senior-level associate role in Vienna advising on regulatory public law and foreign direct investment (FDI). The role covers product- and sector-specific regulatory work (e.g. food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, mobility, energy and digitalisation) and investment screening across complex, cross-border transactions.

Work includes preparing regulatory submissions, supporting administrative and constitutional litigation strategy, managing FDI filings and coordinating multi-jurisdictional investment-control processes. You will work closely with an internationally integrated team of specialists on high-profile, sensitive matters.

Completed Austrian legal studies with above-average results
Excellent German and English language skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and interest in regulatory, policy and geopolitical developments
Experience or specialist knowledge in public law/FDI (e.g., LL.M., dissertation, internships, research or firm experience) is an advantage
