International law firm seeks Associates (Rechtsanwalt / Rechtsanwältin) to join its Investment Funds team in Germany. The team advises on the structuring and launch of cross-border funds and on regulatory, transactional and investor-side aspects across real estate, infrastructure, renewables, private equity and credit strategies.

The role combines fund-formation work with regulatory advice to asset managers and distributor units, plus transaction and M&A support in the asset management space. You will work in an interdisciplinary, international team alongside experienced colleagues from multiple jurisdictions.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) — candidates with or without post-qualification experience encouraged to apply
Strong academic record and excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
Fluent English; German required
Interest in investment funds, regulatory matters and cross-border transactions; team-oriented and commercially minded
