Join a market-leading Intellectual Property/Brands team in London that advises on the full brand lifecycle, from clearance and prosecution to commercialisation and enforcement. The group acts across soft-IP areas including trade marks, designs and copyright, and regularly engages with UK, EU and international IP offices.

The role involves a mix of advisory and contentious work: portfolio management, worldwide filing and prosecution, UKIPO/Registry disputes and enforcement. You will be integrated into the wider IP/Innovation department and encouraged to contribute to business development, training and firm-wide initiatives.

The team values client-focused, commercially minded advisers who can manage diverse file work, work collaboratively across the business and take on leadership opportunities as they arise.

2–4 years PQE in IP within private practice, with a clear focus on trade marks and designs.
Experience of clearance, prosecution, monitoring, portfolio management and enforcement.
Familiarity with UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO procedures.
Strong written and interpersonal skills, excellent client care and commercial awareness.
Ability to manage a varied workload, work independently and collaboratively, and contribute to business development.
