We are seeking associates from law school classes 2019–2022 to join a busy IP litigation team in San Francisco. The role focuses on patent and technical trade-secret disputes across federal court and administrative forums.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials and demonstrable IP litigation experience. Applicants with STEM undergraduate degrees (electrical/computer/mechanical/chemical/biomedical engineering or computer science), federal clerkships (particularly CAFC), or PTAB experience are especially competitive.

  • Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school; class years 2019–2022
  • Experience in patent and/or technical trade-secret litigation
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant STEM field preferred (EE, CE, CS, ME, ChemE, BioE, etc.)
  • Clerkship experience desirable (CAFC clerkship especially welcome)
  • Experience with PTAB/administrative proceedings a plus
