Torts & Products Liability Litigation Attorney

National litigation team seeks attorneys to support an active torts and products-liability practice. Positions are open to candidates working remotely for a Bay Area–based group; the role offers substantial trial and motion work across product liability, general liability, catastrophic and personal-injury matters.

Candidates will collaborate with experienced trial counsel on complex litigation including mass torts, class actions and multi-district proceedings, and will handle all stages of case development from motion practice through trial preparation.

• Minimum of 3 years' litigation experience preferred, with emphasis on torts and products liability
• Active California law license required
• Proven legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience with complex litigation: MDLs, class actions, and trial preparation
