The practice focuses on tort, general liability, products liability, and asbestos matters. Attorneys manage assignments with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to be proactive, detail-oriented self-starters committed to delivering strong results for clients.

At least 3+ years of litigation experience
Experience in tort, general liability, products liability, and/or asbestos matters
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic background and proven research skills
Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required
