Associate, Labor & Employment — Los Angeles

National labor & employment team is seeking an associate to join its Los Angeles office focused on employer-side litigation. The role blends defense of class and representative actions with counseling and internal investigations.

Work will primarily involve wage & hour and discrimination class/collective litigation; prior class-action experience is helpful. The team handles high-volume, complex employment disputes for corporate clients across industries.

• Law school class years 2017 2021 (corresponding to ~3+ years' post-qualification experience)
• Minimum of three years' experience at a peer law firm in employment-side litigation
• Demonstrated experience with class or representative actions, particularly wage & hour and discrimination claims
• Experience handling employer counseling and internal investigations a plus
