Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy employer-side labor & employment group based in Los Angeles. The team handles a high volume of employment matters across litigation, wage-&-hour class and collective actions, and labor relations, representing domestic and international employers in a range of industries.

The role offers substantial courtroom and trial-related experience: associates manage discovery, take and defend depositions, brief and argue motions, and handle class-certification and dispositive motion work. You will also counsel clients on employment policies, respond to administrative charges, and participate in collective bargaining and grievance matters when appropriate.

Bar admission in California (or eligible for admission)
Experience on the employer side defending employment litigation, including wage-&-hour class/collective actions and single-plaintiff cases
Comfort managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, and drafting dispositive and class-certification briefs
Strong writing and client-facing skills; collaborative approach to case strategy
