Associate — Labor & Employment, Orange County

We are seeking an associate to join a busy employer-side labor & employment team in Orange County. The role focuses on litigation — primarily class and representative actions — complemented by advice and internal investigations work.

Matters include wage & hour and discrimination class actions; candidates with prior experience handling class/collective litigation on behalf of employers will be competitive. The position is sized for candidates with several years of firm-side employment litigation experience.

• Law school graduation in class years 2017–2021
• 3+ years' post-qualification experience at a peer law firm in employment litigation
• Substantive experience with employer-side class/collective actions (wage & hour and discrimination)
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and providing employment advice
• Strong litigation skills, including drafting, motion practice and federal/state court experience
