Labor & Employment Associate — Employment & Labor

Growing labor & employment team seeks an associate with 2–6 years' experience to join offices in Los Angeles or Orange County. The role focuses on counseling and defending employers across a range of workplace matters and offers exposure to a national client base and complex litigation.

Day-to-day work includes defending wage & hour and class action claims, handling employment discrimination and harassment matters, advising on leaves and accommodations, and drafting or reviewing employment policies and agreements. The team handles both individual and representative actions and provides practical, business-focused advice to clients.

• J.D. and 2–6 years of relevant labor & employment experience
• Demonstrated wage & hour class action and PAGA experience required
• Experience defending employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave and accommodation claims
• Strong written and oral advocacy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
