Seeking a mid‑to‑senior level associate to join a national Labor & Employment team in either the Los Angeles or Orange County office. The role focuses on employer‑side counseling and litigation across a range of industries, with significant matters involving wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims.

Successful candidates will manage client matters, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and provide practical advice on employment policies, leaves, accommodations, and related compliance issues. The team handles both individual and class/representative litigation and offers opportunities for client contact and case ownership.

Minimum 4 years of labor & employment experience (PQE) with employer‑side litigation focus
Demonstrated wage & hour class action and PAGA experience required
Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage matters and take ownership
Experience with employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves, accommodations, and employment agreements preferred
