Well-established national litigation group is seeking a mid-level labour & employment associate to join its Employment Services practice in Calgary. The role offers substantial client exposure across advisory, transactional and advocacy matters within a collegial, team-oriented department.

The successful candidate will receive formal mentoring and advanced training, work on substantive employment and labour files, and be encouraged to develop as a practice leader while handling high‑profile and complex matters for private‑sector clients.

Qualified to practise law in Alberta.
Minimum 3 years post‑call experience with significant labour & employment work.
Strong academic record demonstrating intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning.
Excellent analytical, drafting, advocacy and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
