The role is practice-facing: running high-value, high-severity personal injury matters (traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal accident claims) from early advice through litigation.

Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial experience in complex personal injury litigation
Proven track record on large-loss / catastrophic injury matters (RTA, EL, PL and fatal claims)
Ability to run own caseload, devise and execute case strategy and manage deadlines
Strong commercial judgment, client-handling and negotiation skills
High compliance with internal protocols, and experience meeting SLAs, KPIs and billing targets
