Associate, Life Sciences Licensing & Collaboration Transactions — New York

Top-tier New York office seeks an associate to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions group with a focus on life sciences licensing and collaboration work. The role offers regular responsibility on licensing, collaboration and related commercial agreements for life sciences and biotech clients.

The team handles complex technology-transfer and commercial arrangements across the life sciences sector. The position is a good fit for candidates who enjoy transactional IP work, cross-functional deal teams and a client-facing role within a high-volume practice.

• 3-8 years post-qualification experience in life sciences licensing, technology transactions, or related IP transactional work
• Experience drafting and negotiating licensing, collaboration, and commercial agreements
• Strong academic credentials and active admission to the relevant bar (New York preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work with cross-disciplinary teams, and interact directly with clients
