Join a global law firm’s Advanced Delivery Legal (ADL) team in Belfast, supporting complex, multi‑jurisdictional disputes work across the firm’s network. The ADL function combines substantive legal work with process and technology‑enabled delivery to drive efficiency and quality on large matters.

Day‑to‑day you will lead and supervise teams on cross‑border matters, work with fee earners to scope and deliver legal projects, review and draft documents, manage workflows and reporting, and help maintain templates and precedents. The role includes mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to service and business development activities.

Admission as a solicitor, barrister or Fellow of CILEx.
Typically around four years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years PQE.
Proven experience leading and supervising teams on complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters.
Strong organisational skills, commercial judgement, and an interest in legal technology and process improvement.
