Leading international litigation team is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its U.S. copyright and trademark practice. This role is open to candidates for the Bay Area, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices and will sit on commercial litigation matters involving IP enforcement and defense.

The successful candidate will handle substantive litigation tasks including drafting dispositive and discovery motions, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, and assisting with trial preparation. The team works on high-stakes matters across industries and collaborates closely with trial and appellate litigators.

3–6 years of litigation experience with a focus on copyright and trademark matters
Proven experience drafting motions, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, and working with experts
Admissions: California, New York, or D.C. bar (or ability to obtain admission)
Strong academic and writing credentials and demonstrated courtroom or trial-preparation experience
