Experienced litigation associate wanted to join a busy litigation and insurance coverage team in Seattle. The role focuses on insurance coverage and bad-faith matters for insurers, while also defending corporate clients in commercial litigation, catastrophic-loss, and wrongful-death claims.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing policy rights and obligations, drafting coverage opinions and pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing motions and discovery, and participating in depositions, hearings, and mediations. The role requires proactive matter management and regular client and opposing-counsel interaction.

Bar admission in Washington and good standing
Up to 10 years' litigation experience (open to candidates without prior coverage background but with an interest in insurance law)
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive matters and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
