Environmental & Mass Tort Litigation Associate — Seattle

Seeking an associate to join a Seattle litigation team focused on environmental enforcement, regulatory counseling and mass-tort matters. The role will involve counseling clients on environmental issues across air, water and land media and handling related litigation and regulatory matters.

The position offers exposure to both contested litigation and transactional/regulatory work, mentorship within an established environmental practice group, and opportunities for billable-credit for pro bono work.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Washington bar or eligibility to become admitted
• Experience in environmental litigation, mass-tort or related regulatory matters (research, drafting, motion practice)
• Strong writing, advocacy and client-counseling skills
