Growing bankruptcy and creditors rights team in Seattle is seeking an associate with significant contested bankruptcy and restructuring litigation experience. The role focuses on representing lenders, trade creditors, landlords and debtors in insolvency-related disputes, enforcement actions, receiverships, and in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

The position offers opportunities for hands-on litigation work across Chapter 9, 11 and 15 matters, distressed-asset transactions, and related enforcement actions. The group emphasizes high-quality drafting, rigorous legal analysis, and collaborative mentoring within a national firm platform.

4-8 years PQE in bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors rights litigation
Experience with loan workouts, enforcement actions, receiverships, foreclosures, and related insolvency litigation preferred
Strong drafting and legal-writing skills; attention to detail and solid academic credentials
Active Washington bar or ability to waive in; Oregon and/or California bar licensure a plus
