Associate — Litigation, Dallas

A respected US litigation team is seeking an associate (class years 2018–2020) to join its Dallas office. The role offers broad exposure across state and federal litigation matters, including complex civil litigation and appellate work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, managing discovery, and supporting case and client matters. Candidates with clerkship experience, deposition/hearing/trial exposure, or prior litigation experience will be competitive.

• Law school graduation in class years 2018–2020
• Prior exposure or strong interest in state and federal litigation; appellate experience a plus
• Experience researching and drafting motions and briefs; familiarity with discovery and case management
• Deposition, hearing, or trial experience beneficial; district or appellate clerkship preferred
