Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a busy Dallas litigation team supporting the Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group. The role involves handling complex commercial disputes across all phases of litigation, with opportunities to draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, engage in discovery strategy, and participate in settlement negotiations.

Ideal candidates will be proactive, client-focused, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 years of litigation experience (PQE)
Active Texas bar license required
