Join a Finance & Restructuring litigation team in the Dallas office handling complex financial disputes, corporate debt restructurings, and related commercial litigation. The group provides integrated counsel on transactional and restructuring matters that lead to contentious litigation.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. The office follows a hybrid schedule with attorneys expected to be on-site multiple days per week to support client work and internal collaboration.

Experience in commercial litigation, restructuring/finance-related disputes preferred
