We are seeking a litigation associate in law school class years 2020 through 2023 to join our Dallas litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state and federal litigation practice.

Our firm maintains a broad, cutting-edge, and cross-functional litigation practice and welcomes candidates with experience across the litigation spectrum, including areas such as oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, and securities.

Primary responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, and case and client management. Deposition, hearing, and trial experience are beneficial.

Law school class years 2020 through 2023
Strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state and federal litigation practice
Experience across the litigation spectrum preferred
District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but not required
Deposition, hearing, and trial experience beneficial
